Our Mission

To provide education, leadership and advocacy that positively impacts the quality of life for Nebraska's children, families and communities.

Founded in 1997, the Nebraska Head Start Association (NeHSA) is a private nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporation. Our members include Head Start directors, staff, parents and friends. Together, we are working to promote statewide partnerships and professional development activities that support our mission.

We encourage you to join our efforts to ensure Head Start and Early Head Start quality early childhood services are available to Nebraska's children, families and communities.
